Kingston Technical student charged in stabbing death of schoolmate

The seventeen-year-old Kingston Technical High school student involved in last Thursday’s stabbing death of her schoolmate has been charged.

 

The teen was charged with the murder of 17-year-old Michion Campbell, following a question and answer session, yesterday.

 

The accused girl is expected to appear in court later this week.

 

Police reports are that at about 2:20 PM last Thursday, an argument developed between Campbell and the female student, on the school compound.

 

It escalated into a fight, during which both girls allegedly drew weapons and stabbed each other.

 

Both girls sustained wounds and were taken to the hospital, where Campbell was pronounced dead and the other girl was treated.
