Police identify woman killed in Mandela Highway crash

A woman was killed in a three vehicle collision along the Mandela Highway in St. Catherine, this morning.

Dead is 23-year-old Shadedra Williams, a student of Four Paths in Clarendon.

Reports are that at about 6:00 a.m, Williams was a passenger aboard a grey Mercedes-Benz motor car, which was travelling along the roadway when the driver lost control of the vehicle. 

The car collided with a parked motor truck and a Suzuki motor car that was travelling in the same direction. 

Williams received multiple injuries and was later pronounced dead.

Investigations continue.
