45-year-old Richard Belnavis, who is accused of killing 5 people in St. Ann this year has been charged with murder, wounding with intent and unlawful wounding.

Commanding Officer for St. Ann, Senior Superintendent Dwight Powell provided an update on the charges yesterday (September 19).

Noting that investigations continue into the case, SSP Powell assured citizens that all efforts will be made to ensure St. Ann is a safe space.
