Five people were shot, one fatally in Allman Town, Kingston, on Thursday evening.

Dead is 18 year old Kemonique McLeod, of Johns Street, Kingston 4.

Irie Fm news understands that a 3 month old infant, who is the daughter of the deceased, is among the four wounded.

Preliminary reports are that around 7 p.m., the  five were standing along the roadway, when they were fired upon by men travelling in a white Nissan Sylphy motor car.

All five were taken to hospital where McLeod was pronounced dead. The others were admitted for treatment.

The police are investigating.
