Reggae Boy Bobby Reid named to Concacaf Nations League A’ best Eleven

Reggae boy Bobby Reid has been named on the Concacaf Nations League – league ‘A’ best eleven.

It follows his performances in the group stage during the September window where Jamaica came away with 4 points after compiling a win and a draw from 2 home games at the National Stadium.

Reid, who is one of 3 forwards named in the best eleven, earned his place after scoring Jamaica’s equalizing goal against Haiti from the penalty spot on Tuesday to follow up on his assist in the one-nil win over Honduras last Friday.

Completing the list of forwards are Don Louicius who scored both goals for Haiti in the 2-all draw with Jamaica and Jose Fajardo of Panama.

The midfield comprises Ryan Telfer of Trinidad and Tobago, Edwin Rodriguez (Honduras), Willian Pozo (Cuba) and Adalberto Carrasquilla (Panama).

In defense are Jose Morales  from Guatemala, Aubrey David (Trinidad and Tobago), Cuba’s Carlos Vazquez with another Cuban Raiko Arozarena in goal.

The Concacaf Nations league resumes in October with Jamaica playing away to Grenada and Haiti.
