This means that for this month’s pay cycle, teachers will receive their retroactive payments as well as the agreed new rates.

The ministry notes, that it has been working in collaboration with the transformation implementation unit of the ministry of finance and public service to ensure that all 25,000 teachers are paid between March 21 and 23. ​

In the event that teachers need clarification on their payments and related matters, the ministry will be hosting a zoom meeting between 1:00 and 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, to answer queries.
