Shericka Jackson listed to compete at the Bislet Games in Oslo, Norway

The defending world 200 meters champion Shericka Jackson is one of three Jamaicans listed to compete at the Bislet Games in Oslo, Norway, the next stop on the Wanda Diamond league calendar this Thursday. 

Jackson who ran the second fastest time in the world over 100 metres……10.78 seconds at the races Grand Prix in Kingston, will contest the women’s 100 meter event where she will face Marie-Josee Ta Lou of the ivory coast and the British pair of Dina Asher-Smith and Daryll Neita .  

Also in attendance is 2019 world champion Tajay Gayle who will compete in the men’s long jump and national record holder Danniel Thomas-Dodd who will face a stacked field in the women’s shot put that features World Champion Chase Ealey and current world leader Maggie Ewen.
